National Day Medal

The National Day Medal will be held at

Warren Golf & Country Club
on
Thursday 19th August 2010.

The cost of the game will include green and buggy fees, a sumptious (halal) lunch after the game and lucky draw.

Those considering skipping the lunch and leaving after the game will miss the lucky draw we have in store. Among the top prizes are, a one year free SGAGC membership worth $180 and $100 worth of NTUC vouchers.

Members whose membership comes up for renewal in January 2011 are encouraged to play in the medals over the next few months and not wait till the end of the year to do so.

Raffles Country Club

Twenty four members were at the Palm Course of Raffles Country Club on 14th July for the monthly medal. The weather at the start of play was extremely comfortable, but as the day wore on, the heat began to take its toll, and completing the last few holes was exhausting. The sandy greens were faster than normal and did not help either.

A Div Winner: David Lloyd James - 37 points

B Div winner: Lee Chong Leong - 40 points
